The Austrian Microbiome Initiative currently organizes two types of research symposia:
The main AMICI symposium - an annual meeting attracting researchers and medical docotors from divers fields with a common interest in environmental and host-associated microbiome science.
The Young AMICI symposium on environmental and host-associated microbiomes is organized by and mainly intended for PhD students and early career researchers in Austria.
